Our story
Straight Talk, Solid Work
We started Vilchez Auto Care to fix cars the way we'd want ours fixed: quickly, honestly, and without pushing repairs nobody asked for. Whether you're a walk-in with a sudden A/C failure or a longtime customer due for a checkup, our team takes the time to explain what's wrong and what it actually costs to fix.
We know a car breaking down disrupts your whole day, so we offer rides home and back so you're never stuck waiting at the shop. Every repair gets a final test drive before your keys go back in your hand.
Our waiting area is comfortable, our pricing is upfront, and our goal is simple. We want you to trust us with your next repair too.
- Same-day walk-ins welcome
- Free shuttle while we work
- Clear, upfront pricing
- Test drive before every return
What customers say
“They were able to take my car as a same-day walk-in, quickly identify the problem, and replace the compressor. The pricing was fair, and they explained everything clearly throughout the process. They gave me a ride home so I wouldn't have to wait at the shop, then picked me up again when the repair was completed.”
“If you're looking for an honest mechanic, come here and ask for Mario. He took care of me without trying to push extra services or unnecessary costs.”
“Communication was clear and direct. All the people seek the wellbeing of the car, and I appreciate the time they take to provide high quality service.”
